I want to download using Proxy server, but the download won't start

Proceed the following
- Check whether the URL is correct.
- Check whether the destination path is correct.
- Make sure you've put in the right Proxy server address and its port (ask your network administrator for it) in the "Proxy" tab in Preferences.
- Edit the task and restart the download.
