The Open Online Video option lets you quickly play videos from a direct URL without opening a browser window.

1. Select File → Open Online Video from the main menu:

2. Paste a URL:

3. Click Open to start playback.

Note: It is impossible to open YouTube videos with the help of the ‘Open Online Video’ option.

Note: You can only open videos provided via direct links.
