HID devices such as keyboards, mouse devices and 3D mouse devices are not supported within the RDP multiple users environment. A conflict will occur and only 1 user will be able to use the device.
The reason for this issue is that USB Network Gate redirects USB devices into the system and not into a user session. We are planning to add support for RDP multiple users environment in the future updates of USB Network Gate.
