• We use an App-specific password to access Apple accounts with two-factor authentication.

In SyncMate please proceed with the following steps:

- specify your Apple ID login;

- instead of using the password, use the app-specific password.

  • There are special characters in the password (e.g. $ % _ ” ` ~ & etc.).

iCloud API, doesn’t support special characters. We suggest to remove them from the password in this case.
